Chocolate Sesame Granola

Chocolate Sesame Granola:

2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup tahini
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat oven to 325.

Combine oats, flaxseed, hemp and chia seeds, and salt in a medium-sized bowl. Whisk tahini, maple syrup, oil, sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Add wet to dry. Stir until oats are coated.

Transfer mixture to baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Immediately after removing from the oven, sprinkle chocolate chips on top and let melt for a few minutes, then stir. Let cool and enjoy (or eat warm, yum!). Store in an airtight container.
